Vakalatnama filed by Shri Desh Deepak Verma, learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 along with short counter affidavit is taken on record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief(s):- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to direct the opp. party no.5 and 6 not to interfere for repair of old house of the petitioner situated over the Gata No.513/2, area 0.02325 hect. in Village-Baraulia, Pargana-Badosarai, Tehsil-Sirauligauspur, District-Barabanki in any manner, in the interest of justice." 3. Upon perusal of the writ petition, it appears that there is already a revision filed by the petitioner, which is pending before the Board of Revenue, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stay order has been passed in favour of the petitioner in the revision. 5. We are of the view that the present writ petition is not maintainable and the petitioner has alternative remidies, which Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Virendra Kumar Shukla, Shyam Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
