PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners / Accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.30 of 2025 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge – cum - X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vuyyuru, Krishna District, for the offences under Sections 323 and 324 read with 34 IPC. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Sk.Rizwan Ali, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners before the trial Court. Leaned counsel would further submit that the presence of the Petitioners before the trial Court may be dispensed with. 3.
