Applicant was granted bail on 12.12.2025 in Case Crime No.401 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201, 392, 411 IPC, Police Station Ramnagar, District Nainital. Now, Correction Application, MCRC No.2 of 2025, has been filed. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is custody under Sections 120-B and 34 IPC also, but these Sections could not be recorded in the bail application. Hence, it could not be reflected in the Court’s order dated 12.12.2025. He seeks amendment also. The Correction Application is allowed, accordingly.
