The record reflects that the sole appellant, Mahendra Kumar Pandey, was proceeded against in this appeal, and in compliance with the previous order of this Court dated 03.02.2020, a Bailable Warrant was issued to secure his presence. Pursuant to the said direction, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barabanki, has submitted a report dated 19.04.2023 stating therein that the sole appellant, Mahendra Kumar Pandey has died on 16.02.2022 alongwith death certificate dated 06.04.2022, the report of the concerned Police Station and the statements of witnesses, namely, CW-1 Shri Ramesh Chandra, CW-2 Smt. Savitri Devi, and CW-3 Rakesh Kumar Pandey. In view of above, the instant appeal stands abated. October 31, 2025 Haseen U.
