Instructions have been placed by the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Ms. Nagma Kadir, learned Advocate holding brief of Mohammad Sakir, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State- respondents. 3. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, apprised the Court that an application has already been preferred at the behest of petitioners before the concerned authority wherein it has been mentioned by petitioners that regarding marriage of the petitioner no.1 with petitioner no.2, respondent no.4 has no objection and she is living with petitioner no.2, meaning thereby, she is not in need of police protection and in spite of that, the present petition for seeking protection has been preferred at her behest. 5.
