Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The present recovery certificate bearing letter No. 609 (ii) dated 16.09.2025/17.09.2025 is issued for a period starting from 2012-13 till 2017-18. 3. We are unable to understand as to why these recovery proceedings have been initiated by the department with such an inordinate delay. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the entire demand has already been paid by the petitioner and proof of the same has been annexed with the writ petition. 5. In light of the same, the department is directed to peruse the entire writ petition and the annexures and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. 6. The present recovery notice is quashed and set aside with liberty granted to the respondents authorities to properly examine the receipts provided by the petitioner, call for further Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amar Nath Dubey, Ankit Dubey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
