What transpired at the said meeting is evident from the instructions filed vide letter dated 13.06.2022, copy whereof is taken on record and copy supplied to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. In pursuance to the the meeting held, the below mentioned decisions were taken: 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2( 2025:HHC:15927 ) (i) “ The Corporation may withdraw the CMPMO No. 324 of 2021 and may appraoch Divisional Commissioner, Kangra with request to shift the case to some other Collector outside District. Chamba. Divisional Commissioner, Kangra will decide the representation on merit u/s 13 of the H.P. Land Revenue Act, 1954 (ii) The FCI will submit a proposal to the competent authority for transfer of suit land in its favour or for lease with full justification and same will be processed by the authority concerned in accordance with Law. In terms of the aforesaid settlement arrived at interse the parties to the lis, the present proceedings are closed in terms of the aforesaid settlement .
