Since the matter is being decided finally, notice to opposite party no. 7 is hereby dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners,learned counsel for the State and perused the records. Present writ petition has been filed with the following main relief :- "(i) to issue order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 and 6 to provide 2 years teachers training, in furtherance of the decision taken by the State Government dated 12.03.2012 and thereafter pay the petitioners' salary of trained teachers, as is being paid to the other similarly situated persons;" The prayer is sought that the opposite parties no. 2 to 6 may directed to provide two years teachers training, in furtherance of the decision taken by the State Government dated 12-03-2012 and pay the salary of the trained teachers to the petitioners. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case,the petitioners are given liberty to move a fresh representation, while raising all their claims and grounds before the opposite party no. 5/District Social Welfare Officer (Development), District-Sultanpur within the period of 15 days form today and if such representation is moved within aforesaid period, the opposite party no. 5 is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sharad Pathak, Piyush Pathak Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Sabha Pati Yadav And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Social Welfare Lko. And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) directed to consider and decide the same within further period of eight weeks, in accordance with law.
