Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 18.12.2023 well as 24.12.2024 passed by the as order dated Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Prayagraj in Case No.12130 of 2023 (Ram Asray & others Vs. Kallu), allowing the second restoration application filed after 27 years of delay and set-aside the mutation order dated 21.05.1993. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus issue a direction for an enquiry by the independent with regard agency, to the fraud, manipulation in records, removal of the relevant documents from the original mutation Case No.441/1993." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, petitioners have remedy of filing an appeal under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail an alternative remedy, as available to them, under the law.
