Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant has prayed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Compliant Case No.8606 of 2024, Manish Dixit Vs. Shanti Devi, under Sections 384 and 504 IPC, and the summoning order dated 05.02.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-III, Lucknow. 3.After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application on merits, however, he submits that he would like to file an application for discharge under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicant is granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Bhupendra Nath Tripathi, Vaibhav Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt. Shanti Devi .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Its Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. After the said application is filed, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. The applicant is also granted liberty to appear through her counsel. Till expiry of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant. 5.
