The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing the impugned FIR dated 10.02.2025 lodged by opposite party No.4 in Case Crime No.0052 of 2025 under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 333, 352, 351(2), 324(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3(1)(da) of SC/ST Act registered at Police Station Tikait Nagar, District Barabanki. 5. Learned AGA on the basis of the averments contained in paragraph- 6 of the counter affidavit states that a charge-sheet No.74/2025 dated 19.03.2025 has been filed. 6. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 8.
