Dasgupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, who fairly submits that the claim of the petitioner for payment of Rs. 9,33,551/- for execution of work of maintenance and repair of road at Puranigudam Chapanalla road has been disputed by the respondent authorities by furnishing a detail chart showing the tax deduction of the said amount, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Govt. Advocate for the respondents has raised no objection for such prayer for withdrawal. The prayer of the petitioner is accepted.
