Heard Amit Kumar Srivastava, learned amicus curiae assisted the Court on behalf of the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and Sri Ram Kishor, learned Counsel for the informant and perused the record. 2. It is argued by the learned amicus curiae that vide order dated 31.03.2023, the applicant was granted interim bail wherein an observation was made that the cancellation of interim bail granted shall be considered in the event specified in the said order. 3. Considering the fact that the applicant was enlarged on interim bail irrespective of the marital status of the applicant, no good ground for cancellation of the interim bail is made out. 4. The interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 31.03.2023 is confirmed till conclusion of the trial on the same terms and condition. The applicant need not to furnish fresh sureties. 5. The bail application is allowed. 6. The informant would however be at liberty to file bail cancellation application, if so advised in accordance with law. 7. For the services rendered by Mr. Amit Kumar Srivastava, Advocate as an amicus curiae, he is entitled for payment of fee of Rs.10,000/-, which Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Raj Narain, Amit Kumar Srivastava, Pramod Kumar Shahai Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Ram Kishor Sachin .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P.
