Rejoinder affidavit filed today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 04.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0508 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC, Police Station Bannadevi, District Aligarh, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4. The allegation against the petitioners in the FIR is that the petitioners has taken Rs. 4 lacs from the respondent no. 4 for providing job. Counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a false allegation and mode of payment of Rs. 4 lacs has not been mentioned and there is no payment for the said purposed. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 informs that the petitioners have also been implicated in another case of similar nature by means of FIR brought on record as Annexure -CA-2. 6. For the reasons given in the judgment of this Court dated 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ petition No. 7463 of 2024 (Shobit Nehra And Another Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others) the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that that till cognizance taken on police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.,the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation.
