is to Ordinance No.2 of 2025 which is rendered otiose in view of aforesaid enactment.

Learned counsel for petitioners, in this factual matrix, seek to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to petitioners to file fresh writ petitions challenging the said enactment.
3. Accordingly, all aforesaid Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned. No order as to costs.
