From a perusal of the order sheet, it appears that both parties were initially ready to settle their dispute before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court. In this regard, the amount deposited before the Mediation Center was to be released in favour of respondent no. 3 through a bank draft, and on 22.02.2018 a demand draft was handed over to respondent no. 3, Smt. Gayatri Devi. However, from the report of the Mediation Center, it appears that respondent no. 3 is not willing to participate in the mediation proceedings. 4. Today when the matter was called out, none appeared on behalf on behalf of the applicants to press application. Neither any adjournment slip nor any request on behalf of the applicants has been made to adjourn the case. No one has appeared on behalf of the private respondents. 5. Learned A.G.A. appearing for the State is present. 6. The application appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time, hence, dismissed. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
