C TALUKDAR, MS G SWAMI,MR S BORA Advocate for the Respondent : , Page No.# 2/3 BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 03.09.2025 Heard Mr. C. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This petition is filed for correction of the typographical error in the order dated 12.03.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 300/2024. 3. Mr. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in the last paragraph of the order dated 12.03.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 300/2024, the sentence “…the petitioner has accepted to honour the decision of the ombudsman by the next date” may be corrected as “…the petitioner is expected to honour the decision of the ombudsman by the next date”. Therefore, he prays that the said words “has accepted” may be substituted by the words “is expected”. 4. Mr. A. Mannaf, learned counsel for the respondent, fairly submits that he would not have any objection as it appears that there is a typographical error in the order. 5. Having considered that this Court was of the view that the petitioner is expected to honour the decision of the ombudsman by next date, which is wrongly been recorded as “has accepted”, I deem it appropriate to allow this application by correcting the words “has accepted” in the order. 6. Accordingly, the words “has accepted” be substituted by the words “is Page No.# 3/3 expected” in 3rd and last paragraph of the order dated 12.03.2025. 7. This order shall be read as a part of the order dated 12.03.2025. Review petition stands disposed of in terms above. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
