(Through V.C.) 1. Mr. Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the appellant. 2. The present second appeal arising out of a matrimonial dispute, wherein, the divorce decree was granted in favour of wife. On 07.11.2025. Mr. Saurabh Kumar Pandey apprise to this court that now the parties have settled their dispute and living together by entering with the compromise and was granted ten days’ time to file the compromise on record and in compliance thereto now the compromise dated 19.04.2025 has been filed. 3. Since, now the parties have settled their dispute by entering with the aforesaid compromise and living together there is no useful purpose to continue the present second appeal. 4. Accordingly, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise and the decree of divorce is also modified in terms of the compromise. 5.
