Proceedings of this matter have been taken through video conferencing. 2. This is an ofÏce reference. 3. This Court, vide order dated 13.12.2023, passed in MCRC No. 8591 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Adarsh Shukla had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 4. Earlier on two occasions also, this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 13.12.2023. 5. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District-Raipur, (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 25.03.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 6. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that this case is currently at the stage of ensuring the presence of the accused. On 06.02.2025, the accused individuals, namely Nikhil Jindal, Javed, Adarsh Shukla, and Vijay, failed to appear and no legal representation (advocates) was present on their behalf. As a result, their previous bail bonds were cancelled and arrest warrants were issued to ensure their presence. However, due to the absence of the accused and the issuance of arrest warrants, further time will be required therefore, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the same. 7. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of five months from today. 8. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 9.
