Bhaskar Singh”, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dwarahat, District Almora under Sections 354D, 504, 506 and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Mr. K.K. Harbola, learned counsel for the applicant-accused. 3. Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the respondent nos. 1 and 2. 4. Mr. Dheeraj Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent no.3-victim-informant. 1 2025:UHC:11345 5. Both, the applicant and the respondent no.3 are present in-person. 6. Applicant is identified by Mr. K.K. Harbola, Advocate. 7. Respondent no.3 is identified by Mr. Dheeraj Joshi, Advocate. 8. Both, the applicant and the respondent no.3 have submitted that they have settled their all the private disputes and after resolving their disputes, they are living peacefully and in harmony. They have filed a Compounding Application (IA No. 1 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. Respondent no.3 is requesting to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No.110 of 2024 9. Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, Brief Holder, has opposed the said request. 10. Considering the totality of the matter, the present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is allowed and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.110 of 2024, “State Vs.
