The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer: "a. Issue a writ of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No.2 & 3 to consider the representation dated:08- 01-2025 at ANNEXURE - AAg & AAH given by the Petitioner. b. Grant such other and further relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 3. The representation of the petitioner is for the purpose of demand of compensation for the acquisition of 2 acres and 2 1/2 guntas in Kadujakkanahalli Village, Jigani Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru Urban District. The representation narrates the acquisition and all other necessities for claim of compensation by the petitioner. 4. In the light of the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner with regard to compensation, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation so filed on 08.01.2025 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate the order so passed to the petitioner.
