Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order dated 23.10.2024, passed by the writ court in Writ A No. 9786 of 2024 has been complied with and now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application and for all practical purposes, the present contempt application has rendered infructuous and the same may be dismisssed. 3.
