Challenge in this petition is notice dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure no.1 to the writ petition). The notice alleges that the petitioner has raised unauthorized constructions and it issued direction to immediate stop such construction and appear before the respondents along with all the requisite documents failing which appropriate action under the appropriate provisions of the Municipalities Act will be taken against him. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already replied to the notice. Under such circumstances nothing further required is to be done. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders in the matter taking into consideration the reply furnished by the petitioner.
