Petitioners asserting to have a common and joint cause, through the medium of this petition, have sought following reliefs:- 4 (i) Commanding the respondents to release the entire dues of COLA, withheld illegally, alongwith interest in favour of petitioners by treating the undertaking regarding surrender of COLA obtained by respondent No.2 as non-est in the eyes of law and desist and refrain from giving effect thereto, in any manner and/or causing the petitioners to suffer the adverse consequences in negation of the mandate of constitutional guarantees guaranteed to them. (ii) Commanding the respondents to release the interest on 6th Pay Commission and D.A. arrears which have been released vide Order No.392 of 2015 dated 12.11.2015 passed by the respondent No.2. (iii) Commanding the respondents to release the 6th Pay Commission/D.A.in five equal installments within one year, instead of 60 installments. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the reliefs sought for and the subject matter of this petition are already covered, by the judgment dated 21.05.2024, passed by this Court in SWP No. 2335/2018 along with connected petitions, in Srinagar Wing. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied if this petition is disposed of at this stage, with the direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the aforesaid judgment. 04. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, while appearing for the respondents does not oppose this plea raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners, for consideration of the matter, in the light of the judgment (supra). 05. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of, at this admission stage, with a direction to the respondents to consider the reliefs sought by the petitioners in the petition, in view of the judgment relied upon by the learned counsel for the petitioners, within a period of 5 eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with paperpook of this petition and copy of the judgment relied upon is made available to them. 06.
