...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to Prayed to issue any Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in dispensing the services of the petitioners orally without following due process of law, such as without issuing any notice to the petitioner for such dispensation and further declare the action of the respondents in proposing to filling up their posts with another temporary employees as bad, illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper, contrary to settled principle of law and in violation of principles of natural Justice and also unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioners in services as TGT-Telugu, PGT-English and PET respectively with all consequential benefits and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased prayed to direct the respondents to continue the petitioners in their respective posts i.e. TGT-Telugu, PGT-English and PET with immediate effect and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):
