It is contended that the principal amount on which the interest is to be calculated had been omitted to be stated in the decree. The principal amount is Rs.16,48,096.72. The decree is to be amended by incorporating the principal amount of Rs.16,48,096.72. There is no amendment with respect to the rate of interest. 3. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
