HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 13431 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging final seniority list pertaining to post of Head Constable and the consequent promotion order dated 2nd April 2025 to the post of Sub-Inspector. 3. Learned state counsel, at the very outset, submits that despite the prayer so made, no private individual has been arrayed as an opposite party in the petition which therefore is defective on ground of non-joinder of necessary parties. It is also submitted that the petitioner very well can avail himself of the alternative remedy of approaching the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal. 4. In view of such submission being raised by learned counsel for opposite parties, liberty is granted liberty to petitioner to approach the State Public Services Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. In case any such petition is filed, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
