2025:JHHC:18880 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 5843 of 2025 ------ Bikash Yadav @ Vikash Yadav, son of Ganga Yadav, resident of Village Kusmaha, P.O. & P.S. Bausi, District Banka (Bihar) .... .... …. Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand .... .... .... Opp. Party CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GAUTAM KUMAR CHOUDHARY For the Petitioner : Ms. Vani Kumari, Advocate For the State : Ms. Amrita Kumari, A.P.P. ------ Order No.02 Dated : 11.07.2025 Heard both the sides. The petitioner- Bikash Yadav @ Vikash Yadav is in custody since 26.10.2022 in connection with S.T. No.45 of 2023 arising out of Taljhari P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dumka. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice on merit and the same is being renewed on the ground that some of the witnesses have been examined in this case and has not named this petitioner. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. Examination of some of the witnesses cannot be said to be change of circumstance for renewal of the bail application when the case is under trial. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected. (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.) Anit
