The relevant portion of the instructions is extracted hereunder: 4. “It is further submitted that the Collector, ASR District has transferred the case to the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Rampachodavaram and the Mobile Court has taken up the case and numbered O.S.No. 13/2024 and the same is till under trail. 5. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner that respondent No.2 is not issuing orders, to respondent No.3 to try the suit O.S.No. 13/2024, is redressed. 6. Given the instructions of the learned District Collector, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 7. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
