This petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to Opposite Parties particularly Opposite Party No.2 and 3 to conduct the fair, proper and expeditious investigation of impugned First Information Report No.257 of 2018, Under Section 279, 304-A I.P.C. and at Police Station Kumarganj, District Ayodhya dated 27.11.2018, (Contained as Annexure No-1), in the interest of justice." 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions received from Sri Abhishek Tripathi, Sub Inspector, Police Station Kumarganj, District Ayodhya, submits that charge sheet No.49/2019, under Sections 279, 304- A I.P.C. was forwarded in the matter, however, the same was not traceable, therefore, the concerned Investigating Officer was informed, who provided the complete file and original case diary and accordingly the charge sheet was again forwarded vide Rapat No.32 dated 08.06.2024, therefore, this petition has lost efficacy.
