On the basis of written instructions, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has informed this Court that the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 are already pending for the same purpose. 4. In these circumstances, there is no good ground to interfere in this petition which is dismissed accordingly.
