Proceedings of this matter have been taken through video conferencing. 2. This is an office reference. 3. This Court, vide order dated 02.02.2024 passed in MCRC No. 9021/2023, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Sanjay MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.04.21 16:50:17 +0530 2 Pradhan had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Durg, District - Durg (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 05.08.2024, requested for and was granted a further period of six months time to conclude the trial. 5. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Durg, District - Durg (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 27.03.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that thiscase is currently scheduled for cross-examination of the investigating witness. A total of 11 prosecution witnesses have been examined in the case between 27.09.2024 and 26.03.2025 and the main examination of the last investigating witness of the case has also been taken. The case is currently scheduled for prosecution evidence. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
