A case has been registered against the petitioner/accused for the offence punishable u/Sec.7-B r/w 8-A of A.P. Prohibition (Amendment) Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 10.01.2025 at 09.00 am, on receipt of reliable information, the S.l of Police, along with staff, rushed to the scene of offence i.e., near bushes at Bujipalli cheruvu back side of petrol bail. 2. 3. 4. X, 2 bunk the road leads to Rajavolu to Kondagunturu in Rajavolu Village of Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal, and found two plastic drums containing 400 liters of FJ wash, each drum containing about 200 liters of FJ wash (02x200=400), which was fit for distillation of ID liquor. When the S.l of Police enquired with some persons present at the scene about owner of the FJ wash drums, they revealed that the FJ wash drums belongs to Anke Srinivasu @ Nalla Srinu (Accused). 5. Heard. Perused the record. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that major part of the 6. investigation is completed except filing of charge sheet for want of RFSL report and prays to dismiss the petition. He further submitted that four antecedents are reported against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is aged 7. about 34 years and he is the bread earner of his entire family and if he was arrested, his entire family will be put to starvation and prays to allow the criminal petition. As submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the 8. petitioner has four antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused at this stage.
