Heard Ms. Riya Yadav, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Lalganj, Pratapgarh to decide Civil Suit No.303/2016 expeditiously. 3. The aforesaid suit has been filed by the petitioner for cancellation of sale deed dated 11.11.2002. Although summons were served on the defendants, only defendant No.2 has filed a written statement. The suit is still at the stage of filing written statement and meanwhile, the petitioner has attained the advanced age of 70 years. 4.. The instant petition is disposed off by issuing a direction to Civil Judge (J.D.), Lalganj, Pratapgarh to decide Civil Suit No.303/2016 expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.
