At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners. 4. Per contra, counsel for petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid fact and has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage. 5. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. Certified copy of the relevant documents be returned back to learned counsel for the petitioners as per Rules.
