JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER 11-08-2025 Heard Mr. M. Z. Shah, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. R. Gogoi, learned Government advocate for the respondent Nos. 1, 2,3 and 5. It is submitted by Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the applicant that inadvertently the numbering of the respondents in the cause title; in paragraphs 3, 4, 6 and 8 as well as in prayer portion of the connected writ petition ought to have been respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in place of respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7. Accordingly, he prays that he may be allowed to file an amended and corrected writ petition with correct numbering of the respondents. Ms. Gogoi, learned Government advocate has no objection to such prayer. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the above, the applicant is allowed to file an amended writ petition with proper and correct numbering of the respondents.
