In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 19.11.2025, Shri Atul Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 5 has prayed before this Court that instructions sent by one department District Magistrate/ District Election Officer (Panchayat), Bahraich dated 24.11.2025, wherein it has been stated that by the report received from the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (Panchayat) / Sub-District Magistrate (SDM), Mahsi and it has come to light that polling station "Kanya Prathmik Pathshala Narottampur" has been wrongly integrated as its name had changed to "Samvilian Vidyalaya Galanyapurwa (Gram Panchayat Narottampur)". In the said polling station, there are enough rooms and facilities available for conducting the polls. 2. Additionally, it has been stated by the District Election Officer that the State Election Commission has issued a circular dated 23.09.2025 for rationalization and the Panchayat electoral rolls are undergoing revision after considering the objections received. The list may be revised and computerization of the same shall be done and final publication of the voter list with appropriate polling stations shall be carried out in terms of rationalization as directed by the State Election Commission. The State Election Commission amended notification dated 18.11.2025 with the time schedule has also been enclosed to the said instructions. The instructions are kept on record.
