JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER 02.09.2025 1. Heard Mr. M.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, 1. Sri Ijabul Hoque has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Kokrajhar P.S Case No. 182/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/140(3)/117(2)/74/76/ 308(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. Pursuant to this Court’s order dated 08.08.2025, the petitioner have been granted interim pre-arrest bail pursuant to which he has appeared before the I.O and his statement has been recorded. 4. Having regard to the material in the case diary and the nature of the allegations, pre-arrest bail of Sri Ijabul Hoque is allowed. 5. The order of pre-arrest bail dated 08.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall continue rendering the co- operation to the investigation ; ii) That the petitioner shall not abscond; Page No.# 3/3 iii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6.
