During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submitted that he confines his prayer only to the extent that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Court below to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated time. 5. The prayer so made appears to be innocuous. 6. Considering the limited prayer made, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the pending case, the Writ Petition (M/S) is disposed of with a direction to the learned Small Cause Judge/ District Judge, Dehradun to make an earnest endeavour to decide the proceedings of Small Cause Case No.75 of 2024, Smt. Raj Lakshmi Gupta vs. Sri Naveen Nautiyal as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest from the date of production of certified copy of this order, subject to there being no other legal impediment. 7.
