In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondents No.1 to 6 is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Miscellaneous Suit No.556 of 2022, Nand Lal & others Vs. the Estate of Late Uma @ Uma Devi and others pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Hawali, Lucknow since 03.08.2022. 4. Learned standing counsel submits that he has no objection in case an expedite order is passed. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no gainful purpose will be served in keeping the aforesaid petition pending rather ends of justice can be served by directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Hawali, Lucknow to consider and finally decide the pending Miscellaneous Suit No.556 of 2022, Nand Lal & others Vs. the Estate of Late Uma @ Uma Devi and others as expeditiously as possible, affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vivek Pandey, Ankur Pathak Counsel for Respondent(s) : Nand Lal @ Nand Lal Srivastava @ Vijay Kumar .....Petitioner(s) Vinay Kumar And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) either of the parties on merits and the authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law. 7.
