Proceedings of this matter have been taken through video conferencing. 2. This is an ofÏce reference. 3. This Court, vide order dated 24.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5221 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the petitioner, namely, Vishnu Deva, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 4. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 conclusion of the trial vide order dated 29.01.2025 in CRMP No.353/2025. 5. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Ramanujganj, District – Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, District – Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 17.01.2025 has requested for grant of two month’s time for concluding the trial. 6. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the trial is at the stage of prosecution evidence, and 3 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. Therefore, trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of two month’s time for concluding the trial. 7. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today. 8. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 9.
