Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vaibhav Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 & 2. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order/reference: HPCL/AGR/HOTO/25-26/04 dated 01/10/2025 passed by respondent no. 3 whereby the dealership of the petitioners has been suspended and the management of operations has been taken over." 3. At the very out set, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced letter dated 09.10.2025 issued by respondent no. 3 with direction to the petitioner to deposit Rs. 59.61 lakh, which is due upon the petitioner. It is further mentioned in the letter that in case of deposit, supply of Petrol and Diesel shall be reinstated. The said letter is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner would deposit the amount referred in letter dated 09.10.2025 within 30 days. He further submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent to supply the Petrol and Diesel after deposit of amount in question. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to deposit the amount referred in letter dated 09.10.2025 within 30 days. In case the amount is deposited, respondent nos. 2 & 3 are directed to reinstate the supply of Petrol and Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anurag Shukla, Kumar Anubhav Counsel for Respondent(s) : A.S.G.I., Komal Mehrotra, Vaibhav Tripathi Prashant Kant And Another .....Petitioner(s) Union Of India And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) Diesel in accordance with rules of the Oil Corporation forthwith.
