Challenge in the writ petition is inaction on the part of respondents in disposing of the representations filed by the petitioner on 12.12.2024 and 28.02.2025. 2 3. It is contended that the petitioner has participated in the tender pursuant to the Tender Notification, dated 12.03.2024 for process quarrying road metal, building stone and gravel in respect of the subject land located in Sy.No.241-4, in an extent of 21.906 hectors in Nagampalli Village, Seethanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District, and he submitted his bid on 27-03-2024 . It is stated that the petitioner was also informed that he was qualified in the pre-bid. However, the respondents have not so far opened the bids that have been received pursuant to the tender notification. Seeking completion of the process, the petitioner has approached the respondents. However, no action has been taken by the respondents. 4. Having regard to the submissions advanced, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representations made by the petitioner with reference to the subject tender notification within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
