1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioners from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned letter dated 22.04.2022 issued by the respondent no.1 ie Under Secretary, Department of School Education, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Atal Nagar Nawa Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) and further be pleased to direct the
3 respondents to consider the subject of the persons which was acquired at the first instance by them and was entered at the first time in the service record of that persons. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents agreed with the
submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
