Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "a. Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Case No.01 of 2023 (Nand Ram vs. Tehsildar and Others) arising out of Complaint No.217 of 2009 and 106 of 2011, Execution Case No.23 of 2014, 34 of 2014 and Execution Case No.31 of 2014, 44 of 2014 pending before the court of District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Azamgarh within the time bound period as directed by this Hon'ble Court. (Annexure No,.1 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have retired from service in the year 2001 but the proceedings is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Azamgarh to decide the pending proceedings at the earliest. 4. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Azamgarh to decide the Misc. Case No.01 of 2023 (Nand Ram vs. Tehsildar and Others) arising out of Complaint No.217 of 2009 and 106 of 2011, Execution Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amit Kumar Asthana Counsel for Respondent(s) : Rajiv Sharma Hari Ram And Another .....Petitioner(s) Kshetriya Shri Gandhi Ashram And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Case No.23 of 2014, 34 of 2014 and Execution Case No.31 of 2014, 44 of 201 in accordance with law on its own merits maximum within four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 5.
