CORAM :
SRI ANANDA SEN, J.
------ For the Petitioner(s) : Md. Shamim Akhtar, Advocate For the State : Mr. Satish Prasad, AddI. P.P.
…...... 03/ 01.08.2025: Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for the offences registered under Section 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B), 196, 197, 198, 218 of IPC. 3. The allegation against these petitioners is that informant has purchased a land pertaining to khata No.98, Plot No.1648, area 30 decimals and Khata No.99, Plot No.1649 area 11 decimal total 41 decimals from Vishwanath Oraon and others after getting permission under Section 46 of CNT Act and got her name muted. However, the said land was subsequently sold by the seller to the petitioner No.1. When the informant went there with Amin for demarcation, she saw stones dumped there. 4. The learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Petitioners are subsequent purchaser of land. The informant alleges that the land was purchase by the informant, but later on the seller sold the land to these petitioners also. 6. Considering the fact that these petitioners are subsequent purchaser, I feel that this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail of the
petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands allowed. 7.
The petitioners, above named, are directed to appear before the learned Court below within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on their appearance, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class at Ranchi, in connection with Namkum P.S.
