This interlocutory application has been filed praying for correction/modification of the typographical error in the order dated 04.08.2025, passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 2253/2025. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Sarmah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that in the bail order dated 04.08.2025 in the said bail application in para 6 of the order has been mentioned as “to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Baksa” instead of “to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M), at Guwahati”. Also in para 6 sub para (iii) it is mentioned that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the “learned Sessions Judge, Baksa” without prior permission which ought to have been mentioned as “learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M), at Guwahati”. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor raised no objection. 5. In view of above and also considering the fact that the mistake being typographical/inadvertent in nature, I hereby allow the present interlocutory application. 6. Accordingly, the order dated 04.08.2025, passed in Bail Appln. 2253/2025, stands corrected to the extent indicated below:- “6. Accordingly, the accused/petitioner is released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) only with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M), at Guwahati. The accused/petitioner, namely, Nilay Kumar be enlarged on bail, subject to the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the Investigating Officer as and when required; Page No.# 3/3 (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threaten or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M), at Guwahati without prior permission.” 7. This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 04.08.2025, passed in Bail Appln. 2253/2025. 8. In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
