Heard Sri Avinash Pandey, learned counsel for the peititoners and learned AGA for the State. 3. The present petition has been preferred seeking the following relief:- "i. to set aside the impugned order dated 28.01.2025 passed by A.C.J.M.- IIIrd, Saharanpur in Case No. 3455 of 2024 (State vs. Akshay & others) vide case crime no. 60 of 2018, Under Section- 420, 468 IPC & 3/4 The Public Gambling Act, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Saharanpur (Annexure No. 1 of the petition). ii. to direct the trial court to provide opportunity to petitioners for conclude their arguments before trial court in Case No. 3455 of 2024 (State vs. Akshay & others) vide case crime no. 60 of 2018, Under Section- 420, 468 IPC & 3/4 The Public Gambling Act, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Saharanpur." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer only to the extent for seeking permission to appear before the court on specific date and till then no coercive action shall be initiated against the petitioners. 5. Considering the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the same is hereby allowed. 6. The petitioners are hereby directed to put his appearance within 15 days from today before learned concerned court. 7. Till 15 days, no coercive action shall be initiated against the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
