1. This is an application for recall of the order dated 12.11.2025, whereby the filing of rejoinder affidavit has been closed.
2. Mr. S. Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the non-filing of the rejoinder affidavit was due to the fact that the deponent was very unwell.
3. The prayer for filing rejoinder affidavit is not objected by the
learned counsel for the respondents.
4. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed, and Misc. Case is
disposed of.
