JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA ORDER 12.08.2025 [1] Heard Mr. N. Jotendro, learned sr. counsel assisted by Md. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the State respondents. [2] By the present writ petition, the petitioner inter-alia approached this Court for continuation of the contract awarded to him in the year, 2017 till Contractor has been appointed and in the alternative give a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the pending representations dated 01.07.2021, 22.06.2023 & 06.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, by passing speaking order within a stipulated time. [3] At this stage, the learned sr. counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to prayer no. e) for disposal of the present writ petition. [4] The learned GA for the State respondents has no objection in disposing the present writ petition with the limited relief of consideration of the representations.
